Anna Darwin heads up Maguire Jackson’s Lettings operation. Anna has worked in Property since graduating from University College London and Polytecnico di Milano. Her early experience was in the London market, based in Islington with Foxtons. For the last 4 years she has focused on the central Birmingham residential market, based around Brindley Place, and covering the Convention Quarter, the Jewellery Quarter, City Centre and Chinese District. Over the last year, she has doubled the size of the Maguire Jackson Lettings team, increased the properties under full management by 600% in seven months, and assembled a portfolio of over 100 exclusive properties to rent.

Anna’s lettings team includes a property Manager (MSc, Real Estate Management), an accounts manager, three full-time negotiators and support staff. Their experience spans the UK and includes practical experience of the London property market. Concentrating now on city centre property to rent in Birmingham, their team spirit drives their success with all levels of clients and types of properties.
